Edwin "Eddie" Cha Son Noh, a World War II veteran who would later found Noh Foods of Hawaii, passed away at his Honolulu home on December 15.
He was 88.
Noh was born on a Wailua plantation and went to McKinley High School with the late Senator Daniel Inouye, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
Visitation is scheduled for Jan. 3 at the Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel at 2 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m.
