(HawaiiNewsNow) - Kiralee Hayashi is an actor, stunt woman and national champion gymnast. Born and raised in Hawaii, Kiralee is of Japanese, Portuguese, English & Irish descent. She excelled at gymnastics from an early age, earning a spot on the Jr. Olympic National Team, Sr. Olympic National Team, as well as, the National Vault title. Her success in club gymnastics garnered her a full scholarship to UCLA where she was one of the most highly recruited freshmen her graduating year. Kiralee finished her career at UCLA as a 9x All-American and 2x National Champion.
Kiralee's excellence in gymnastics was quickly noticed and she was hired to do multiple National & International campaigns for Nike, Puma, Toyota-to name a few. And, currently the 2012 London Olympics campaigns with Samsung alongside David Beckham, and Fruit of the Loom.
Kiralee also became well known as the Gatorade Ball Girl when her Gatorade commercial went viral over youtube receiving millions of hits in days. It became an international phenomenon, attracting many fans-as people tried to figure out whether it was real or not. Kiralee was invited as the "Ball Girl" to the All-Star Game in NY where she participated in the Home Run Derby. Her ad was talked about on Good Morning America, ESPN, Ellen and Oprah. There were articles in major newspapers around the world.
Her athletic background provided a smooth transition into the stunt industry where she has worked on numerous films and television shows. Most recently, Kiralee doubled Kristen Stewart in the last two Twilight movies, Breaking Dawn part 1 and part 2, directed by Academy Award winner Bill Condon. She also has doubled Mila Kunis in The Book of Eli, starring Academy Award winner Denzel Washington, and Academy Award nominee Gary Oldman.
