HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -
A new map-based website developed by the state, city and NOAA is giving beachgoers an easier way to find public access points to Oahu's beaches and shorelines.
Viewers can click on access points around the island to zoom in and discover more information about that specific point, including the types of facilities, like restrooms or lifeguard stands, are present at that specific place.
State and city agencies will be tasked with keeping the information on the site up-to-date.
