OVERNIGHT QUAKE IN JAPAN- NO TSUNAMI THREAT TO HAWAII
Ishinomaki, Japan reported a tsunami of three feet, 45 minutes after a 7.3 earthquake rattled the same coast devastated by last year's massive quake and tsunami overnight. No reports of major damage.
