Complete list of holiday parades on Oahu

Dozens of holiday parades are planned for the month of December.  Here is a full list of scheduled events for Oahu.

December 1, 2012 Saturday

9:00AM - 10:30AM  MILILANI CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Mililani Shopping Center & Town Center of Mililani. The event is expected to have 1,500 marchers, 30 vehicles, 10 floats, 2 bands. It will start at Mililani High School Stadium at Kipapa Dr., past Mililani Shopping Center, onto Moenamanu St., onto Kuahelani Ave., onto Meheula Pkwy., onto Lanikuhana Ave., to finish at Town Center of Mililani between Ruby Tuesday and Assagios.

December 1, 2012 Saturday

9:00AM - 11:00AM  KANEOHE CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Kaneohe Christmas Parade Committee.The event is expected to have 1,800 marchers, 25 vehicles, 16 floats, & 8 bands. It will start at Windward Mall at Haiku Rd., to Kamehameha Hwy., to Kaneohe Bay Dr., to end at Castle High School. 

December 1, 2012 Saturday

6:00PM - 11:00PM  MAYOR'S ANNUAL TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY/PARADE sponsored by the City and County of Honolulu. The event is expected to have 2,000 marchers, 40 vehicles, 15 floats and 15 bands. It will start at Aala Park to King St., kokohead on King St., to end in closed off portion of King St., between Punchbowl & South Sts.

December 2, 2012 Sunday

11:00AM - 12:30PM  STREET BIKERS UNITED-TOYS FOR TOTS CARAVAN sponsored by Street Bikers United Hawaii. The event is expected to have 6,000 motorcycles. It will start at Magic Island, to Ala Moana Blvd., to Kalakaua Ave., to Monsarrat Ave., to Diamond Hd. Rd. to end at Kapiolani Community College-DH campus.

December 2, 2012 Sunday

2:00PM - 6:00PM  PEARL CITY SHOPPING CENTER CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Pearl City Shopping Center. The event is expected to have 2,000 marchers, 30 vehicles, & 10 floats. It will start at Momilani Elementary School, to Hookiekie St., to Hoomoana St., to Hoolaulea St., to end at Pearl City Shopping Center.

December 6, 2012 Thursday

6:00PM - 8:00PM  KAIMUKI CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Kaimuki Business & Professional Association. The event is expected to have 1,500 marchers & 40 vehicles. It will start at St. Louis HS/Chaminade University grounds, to Waialae Ave., to Koko Head Ave., to end at Municipal Parking Lot. Parade will be on makai half of Waialae Ave., mauka half to be contraflowed from 3rd Ave to Koko Head Ave.

December 7, 2012 Friday

6:30PM - 8:30PM  WAHIAWA TOWN XMAS PARADE sponsored by Wahiawa Community & Buisness Association. The event is expected to have 300 marchers, 10 vehicles, & 2 floats. It will start at Kaala Elementary School, to California Ave., to North Cane St., end at Center St.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

8:30AM - 12:00Noon  AIEA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Aiea Community Association. The event is expected to have 200 marchers, 10 vehicles, & 2 bands. It will start at Pearlridge Elem School Parking lot , to Moanalua Rd., to Kaamilo St., to Ulune St., to Halewiliko St., to end at Aiea Sugar Mill Site.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

9:00AM - 11:00AM  WAIMANALO CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Waimanalo Construction Coalition. The event is expected to have 120 marchers, 4 vehicles, 4 floats & 2 bands. It will start at Waimanalo District Park, to Hihimanu St., to Kumuhau St., to Humuniki St., to Kalanianaole Hwy., end at Waimanalo Beach Park.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

10:00AM - 11:30AM  GENTRY WAIPIO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Gentry Waipio Community Association. The event is expected to have 800 marchers, 13 vehicles, & 1 band. It will start at Gentry Waipio SC, to Waipio Uka St., Ukee St., to Ka Uka Blvd., to Waipio Uka St., to end at Gentry Waipio SC.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

2:00PM - 4:00PM  WAIPAHU CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Leeward Oahu Lions Club. The event is expected to have 10 vehicles. It will start at Waipahu District Park at Paiwa St., to Farrington Hwy., to Pupukahi St., to Waipahu St., to Leoku St., to end at Leolua St. behind Waipahu Town Center.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

5:00PM - 7:00PM  MANOA COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by East Manoa Lions Club. The event is expected to have 800 marchers, 15 vehicles, 2 floats, & 4 bands. It will start at Noelani School., to Woodlawn Dr, to Kolowalu St., to East Manoa Rd., to Lowrey Ave., to Manoa Rd., to Manoa Park finish.

December 8, 2012 Saturday

6:00PM - 8:00PM  WEST OAHU HOLIDAY ELECTRIC LIGHT PARADE sponsored by Kapolei City Lights fka West Oahu Holiday Electric Light Parade. The event is expected to have 25 vehicles, 3 floats & 4 bands. It will start at Kapolei Fairgrounds at Kealanani Ave., to Farrington Hwy., to Kamokila Blvd., left into Uluohia St. and finish at Kapolei Hale.

December 12, 2012 Wednesday

6:00PM - 7:00PM  CHANNUKAH CARAVAN sponsored by Chabad of Hawaii. The event is expected to have 30+ vehicles. It will start Kaimuki High School Parking Lot, to Kapiolani Blvd., to South/Alapai Sts., to S. Beretania St., to Bishop St., to Ala Moana Blvd., to Ala Moana Blvd., to Kalakaua Ave., to Kapahulu Ave., to Kuhio Ave., to Kuamoo St., to Ala Wai Blvd., to Niu St., to Kalakaua Ave., to end at King Kalakaua Park, some vehicles to park on Kalakaua Ave and others to leave. Participant vehicles will follow all traffic rules and regulations.

December 13, 2012 Thursday

6:30PM - 8:00PM  KAPAHULU MOILIILI CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Kapahulu-Moiliili Lions Club. The event is expected to have 250 marchers & 5-8 vehicles. It will start at Kuhio Elementary School, to King St., to Beretania St., to Isenberg St., end at Old Stadium Park.

December 14, 2012 Friday

6:00PM - 8:00PM  HALEIWA CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by North Shore Community Chamber of Commerce/Haleiwa Main Street. The event is expected to have 500 marchers, 45 vehicles, 4 floats & 4 bands. It will start at Weed Circle, to Kamehameha Hwy., thru Haleiwa Town, to end at Haleiwa Beach Park.

December 15, 2012 Saturday

10:00AM - 12noon  WAIANAE COAST CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Waianae Coast Rotary Club. The event is expected to have 1,000 marchers, 30 vehicles, 30 floats, 5 bands & 3 horse groups. It will start at Waianae Boat Harbor, to Farrington Hwy., to end at Waianae Mall.

December 15, 2012 Saturday

10:00AM - 12noon  EWA BEACH LIONS CLUB CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Ewa Beach Lions Club. The event is expected to have 1,200 marchers, 80 vehicles, 12 floats & 2 bands. It will start at Ilima Intermediate School Parking Lot, to Ft. Weaver Rd., to Kuhina St., to Hanakahi St., to North Rd., to Ft. Weaver Rd., to end at Ilima Intermediate School Parking Lot.

December 16, 2012 Sunday

2:00PM - 3:30PM  MOANALUA VALLEY CHRISTMAS CARAVAN sponsored by Moanalua Valley Community Association. The event is expected to have 6 vehicles. It will start at 1828 Ala Aolani St., Westbound to entrance of Moanalua Valley near the Golf Course and return to 1828 Ala Aolani St.

December 16, 2012 Sunday

2:30PM - 3:30PM  OLOMANA CHRISTMAS PARADE sponsored by Olomana Community Association. The event is expected to have 30+ marchers, 10 vehicles & 7 floats. It will start at Maunawili Elementary School, to Ulupii St., to Ulupuni St., to Uluohao St., to Uluhala St., to Ulupuni St., to Ulukou St., end at Maunawili Elem School.
