NAPOOPOO, HAWAII (HawaiiNewsNow) -
A fire on the Big Island early Sunday morning completely destroyed a home on Kahauloa Road in Napoopoo, according to Hawaii County Fire Department officials.
Crews say that by the time they responded to the alarm, which came in at approximately 3:13 a.m., the structure had already collapsed. The fire was reportedly under control by around 4:00 a.m.
No one was injured in the fire, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
Damage is estimated at $110,000.
