TALKBACK LIVE WITH TULSI GABBARD

Hawaii's Congresswoman-Elect Tulsi Gabbard will join us live from Washington D.C. We'll talk with her on Sunrise this morning at 5:30 about domestic issues including the economy, meetings with House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi, and how she's learning her way around the Capitol. She went to Washington D.C. for Freshman orientation just days after winning her race.

PRESIDENT TO MEET WITH CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS

President Obama is meeting today with Congressional leaders to avoid a move that economists warn could send the country back into recession. The looming "fiscal cliff" comes in January when Bush-era tax cuts expire and across-the-board spending cuts take effect.

WEATHER NOW: WIND ADVISORY

Expect another windy day, especially for parts of the Big Island and Lanai. A wind advisory has been posted. Dan will have our weekend forecast.

BENGHAZI HEARINGS

Former CIA Director David Petraeus has arrived for a closed hearing on Capitol Hill before the House Intelligence Committee to testify what he knew about the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans. He's not expected to address his affair with biographer Paula Broadwell or the harassing emails she sent a Florida woman that led to the FBI investigation that uncovered their affair. Petraeus will testify later today before the Senate Committee.

Steve brings us another live report from the road at Notre Dame as Hawaii's Heisman hopeful Manti Te'o prepares for his last regular season game of his career with the Fighting Irish. The team takes on Wake Forest tomorrow. Steve will have our game day preview.
