Superstorm Sandy made landfall today and continues to wreak havoc up and down the east coast. Parts of lower Manhattan in New York are without power and we're also getting reports the powerful storm is also being blamed for at least 4 deaths in New Jersey. We have team coverage which includes a live report from New York, the latest on flights canceled going from Hawaii to the east coast...and Sandy's latest forecast track from our Guy Hagi.
ASSESSING TSUNAMI SATURDAY
Hawaii government officials met today to discuss what worked and what didn't on the day our state was put under a tsunami warning. They discussed everything from a handful of sirens across the state that didn't sound off to the major traffic jams that prevented people from leaving evacuation zones.
