Police seek man in connection with Tantalus stabbing

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating a man who is wanted in connection with a stabbing on Tantalus earlier this month.

According to police the victim of the stabbing was riding his bicycle on Tantalus Drive on October 9, 2012, when he observed a male standing by a red Honda that was parked on the side of the road.

As the victim rode pass the male, he heard footsteps behind him, and was then stabbed in the lower abdomen. The male ran back to his vehicle and fled down Tantalus Drive.

The suspect is wanted by police for Assault in the Second Degree.
