(HawaiiNewsNow) - Hyatt is launching a new For Kids By Kids menu for its restaurants. The menu was actually crafted by the corporate team in partnership with an 11 year old chef named Haile Thomas. Haile is a youth advisor and Hyatt is the first hotel in the industry to join Partnership for a Healthier America. Famed chef and edible schoolyard pioneer, Alice Waters, also created a three course kids menu for Hyatt. The idea behind the Kids Menu Haile developed is to offer items that kids have tried, commented on, and said they enjoy. Each item is relatively interactive (shake a salad, make your own sub, sustainable fish, etc) and nothing is fried.
