FINAL PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE, LINGLE AND HIRONO FACE OFF, ARMSTRONG STRIPPED OF TITLES

This is what's happening today on Sunrise.

FINAL PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE TO OCCUR IN FLORIDA

The final presidential debate will focus on foreign policy. But that may be a little tricky with regard to certain countries, including China, the Middle East, and Europe, because it's nearly impossible to separate foreign policy from the American economy. These issues directly affect jobs and living standards here at home. President Barack Obama and challenger Mitt Romney will face off in Boca Raton, Florida.

NEW BALLOTS TO BE MAILED OUT

The Elections Office will be mailing new ballots to those voters who received duplicate absentee ballots last week. The Honolulu City Clerk's Office announced they had a problem. A processing error led to the duplicate absentee ballots being mailed out to 817 registered voters in Manoa Valley. If you've already voted with one of the original ballots, that ballot will count. But if you want to re-vote and send in the replacement ballot, the city will void your original ballot.

ARMSTRONG TO BE STRIPPED OF TITLES

Lance Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned for life by cycling's governing body Monday following a report from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency that accused him of leading a massive doping program on his teams. UCI president Pat McQuaid announced that the USADA's report on Armstrong was accepted, and would not be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
