MANOA (HawaiiNewsNow) -
Security officers at the
University of Hawaii are on the lookout for a man on a moped who accosted a
female student on Friday afternoon.
The incident happened at
approximately 2 p.m.
The victim says a man was
following her on his moped when he grabbed her wrist. She pulled herself free
and sought help from a group of nearby students.
The suspect is described
as a man in his twenties, standing five feet, nine inches tall and weighing
around 180 pounds with long, curly dreadlocks and a mustache.
Anyone who may have
information on the incident is asked to contact UH Campus Security.
