All clear given at Schofield after bomb threat investigation

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS (HawaiiNewsNow) - Army authorities have given the all clear after completing a bomb threat investigation at Schofield Barracks.

The threat was first received Thursday at 12:40 p.m. in the vicinity of C-Quad, but a thorough search of the area turned up nothing.

Facilities were temporarily evacuated after receiving the threat via telephone.

Macomb Gate was partially closed, but has since been re-opened.

Military police are continuing to investigate the incident.
