Chancellor Tom Apple says he feels restoring Jim Donovan as athletic director was "not the right thing to do." He also says the search firm for new AD will be from mainland.

Rich Sheriff testified he thought, "Everything was on track" during concert planning and admits he was surprised he was placed on leave in wake of concert failure.

Attorney Jeffrey Harris testified about the cost of legal and PR services surrounding failed Stevie Wonder concert. Hearings also got heated regarding release of unredacted legal documents
