Genshiro Kawamoto is a rich man who owns a lot of property all over the world. But it's his real estate holdings in one Oahu neighborhood that has residents angry once again. Rick Daysog reports as residents in Kahala voice concern over the Japanese billionaire's plans to build an art museum in their neighborhood.
