Water Main Break, Singer Andy Williams Dies, & 2012 PetWalk


The Board of Water Supply is working to fix a broken water main that's impacting about a dozen homes in Hawaii Kai. The 12-inch main break was reported at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on Hahaione Street. A water wagon is available for residents without water service. No word on how long crews will be out at the scene for repairs.

Singer Andy Williams died Tuesday night after a year-long fight with bladder cancer according to a representative from the public relations firm, The Shefrin Company. More details on HawaiiNewsNow.com.

Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire that severely burned a man in Moiliili. The fire broke out just after 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kaualana Manor on Church Lane near South King Street. Neighbors pulled the victim out of his burning apartment. At last report, the man was in critical condition.
