Sweet and Sour Chicken

8 pieces of boneless chicken thighs
1/8 cup Aloha shoyu  
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Marinate chicken in shoyu, garlic, and ginger for at least one hour.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.  Pour sweet and sour sauce over chicken.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1 cup sugar
½ cup ketchup 
½ cup vinegar  
½ cup water 
¼ cup orange marmalade  
2 Tablespoon pineapple juice
2 teaspoon Aloha shoyu
1½ teaspoon minced ginger  
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoon cornstarch blended with 1½ Tablespoon water 

Blend cornstarch with water to form a paste: set aside.  In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil and add cornstarch paste.  Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.  Makes 1½ cups sweet and sour sauce.
