IPHONE 5 MADNESS
If you didn't pre-order the iPhone 5 online, you may have to wait in line. These Apple addicts set up overnight outside the Waikiki store and other places are seeing lines form as well. We've sent Jennifer Robbins out to check out the madness at Ala Moana Center. She'll have live reports all morning on Sunrise as the doors open and the phones start flying off the shelves.
RAIL DECISION DELAYED
Looks like Mayor Carlisle didn't get what he wanted out of a trip to Washington D.C. Our media partner The Star Advertiser reports that the Federal Transit Administration has told Hawaii officials that a decision on the 1.5 billion dollar funding for Oahu's rail won't come until after the November election, about 3 months later than expected. Of course, Ben Cayetano says he will stop rail if he's elected Honolulu's Mayor while Kirk Caldwell supports it.
CAMPAIGNS COURT SENIORS
President Barack Obama and Republican Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan will both attend the National AARP. Medicare is expected to be the focal point. This comes, as a new poll shows the President gaining momentum. Brian Mooar will have the latest on the campaign from Washington D.C. on Sunrise.
