UH posts Athletics Director position

HONOLULU – The University of Hawaii has officially posted the position of Athletics Director to its online employment board.

While the listing states that there will be continuous recruitment, it stresses that "for best consideration, applications should be submitted by September 28, 2012."

Additionally, the review process will begin a week beforehand, on September 21^st.  

Salary for the position is listed as "commensurate with education and experience."

Former Athletics Director Jim Donovan was reassigned to a new position on August 13^th after fallout from a botched Stevie Wonder concert that never happened. 

Rockne Freitas has been serving as Acting Athletics Director since Donovan's reassignment.
