A growing problem seems to be getting worse at some Oahu schools. It's not what's happening in the schools, but outside--in the parking lot involving those large white recycling bins. Tim Sakahara picks up the story from there at 5.
Papakolea residents are up in arms over a problem with flooding under their homes. They fear the next downpour will collapse their homes, which are all located on Kapahu Street. We'll show you pictures of the frightening situation.
