HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Australian tourist Tyson Dagley is out of jail after finally posting bail.

Dagely came out hugging and kissing his parents unable to pay $100,000 the 20-year-old ended up spending 11 nights behind bars on charges of negligent homicide.

Dagley is accused of accidentally crashing his jet ski into the back of 16-year-old Kristen Fonseca's waverunner at Keehi Lagoon.

The California teen died of a brain injury.

Investigators say Dagley was standing on his rented jet ski before it hit Fonseca's jet ski from behind. They say he was looking at his girlfriend, who was taking video and photos, and didn't pay attention to where he was going.

It is not known if Dagley's family made bail or if an anonymous donor came forward.

Dagley will be back in court Thursday. He faces a year in jail if convicted.
