Man wanted in Kapiolani armed robbery

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating a man who is wanted for robbing the Kapiolani Walgreens.

According to police, a Caucasian male entered the store on Saturday, August 18 at approximately 1:35 p.m. and asked for medication. When asked for a prescription police say he brandished a handgun then ran out of the store, he was last seen on Makaloa Street.

Police believe the suspect is between 30 to 40 years of age and stands between 6'0'' to 6'2'' tall.

He was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, blue camouflage long pants, and a baseball cap.
