MILILANI, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police are investigating two bank robberies at the Mililani Shopping Center that happened just days apart.
The latest happened Tuesday afternoon; authorities say a man walked into the shopping center's Bank of Hawaii around 1 p.m. handed a note to a teller and demanded money. He fled in an unknown direction.
Four days ago, a man walked into the American Savings Bank, just feet away from today's robbery, handed a note to the teller and took off with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police have not said if the robberies are connected.
