Honolulu Police make an arrest in the deadly watercraft collision at the Keehi Lagoon. The Australian national was arrested for negligent homicide. Jim Mendoza talks with the step-father of the young victim.

Also tonight, a rally for the woman who was killed this week in Kaneohe in a deadly hit & run accident. Police are still looking for the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed the mother three.
EARLY VOTING NUMBERS
And we take a look at the newly released numbers from registered voters who cast early ballots (mail-in absentee or walk-in) for this Saturday's Primary Election. Keoki Kerr goes over the new data, which show a sizable increase over the last election.
