MANOA (HawaiiNewsNow) - University of Hawaii Manoa Campus Security is looking for a male suspect who tried to grab a female jogger Tuesday evening.

According to officials, the UH Manoa summer student was jogging along Dole Street when she noticed a man riding a large black motorcycle was following her.

The motorcyclist passed the student multiple times -- attempting to talk to the jogger who was wearing earphones.

As the suspect rode into the access road for the Hale Aloha towers, he attempted to reach for the student.

The student then ran toward a nearby crowd. The suspect then fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a male in his late 20s to early 30s. He is 6'0" and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He also has a brown crew cut and was last seen wearing a white T-Shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact UH Manoa Campus Security.
