Attack Victim Sickened by Judges Ruling

Nicholas Iwamoto nearly died the day Benjamin Davis stabbed him and pushed him off a cliff.  He was stunned when Davis was acquitted by reason of insanity.  Now he's shocked to learn that Davis will be allowed to attend college without supervision.  Lisa Kubota brings us Iwamoto's reaction, and the conditions for Davis' release, tonight at 10.

We're also covering the first rail workshop in the Ala Moana community tonight.  Not everyone is thrilled to have the transit line running through the neighborhood.

And Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Desmond Tutu takes the helm of the Hokule'a.  See for yourself tonight at 10.

Aloha,

Keahi
