There may be a legal battle between the University of Hawaii and the lawyer for a UH football player arrested on suspicion of DUI. Alex Dunnachie's lawyer says the University of Hawaii violated a code of conduct in suspending him. Mike Cherry brings us the details at 5.

CONTROVERSIAL BILL VETOED

Mayor Carlisle decided to veto a bill that would have banned businesses from using Kailua and Kalama beach parks. But area businesses shouldn't celebrate just yet...there is a chance members of the Honolulu City Council could vote to override the veto.
