HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - AT&T says service to wireless customers statewide has been restored.
According to an AT&T Customer Service representative, the widespread outage was reported Wednesday around 7:15 a.m. and service was restored at 10 a.m.
Technicians are trying to figure out what caused the outage.
Customers tell Hawaii News Now they were unable to make or receive phone calls. Some customers also experienced problems with data service and text messages.
