HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - For the seventh week, gas prices have dropped throughout Hawaii, according to the AAA Hawaii Weekend Gas Watch.
The Hawaii state average price dropped to $4.18, which is three cents lower than last week, 22 cents lower than last month and 12 cents more than a year ago.
Honolulu's average price dipped to $4.13 a gallon for regular unleaded – a penny less than last week, 11 cents less than last month and 17 cents more than a year ago at this time.
In Hilo, the average gas price is $4.16 a gallon, which is a nickel less than last week, 30 cents less than last month and eight cents higher than this time last year.
Wailuku's average is $4.21 a gallon, a dime less than last week, 64 cents less than last month and 16 cents lower than last year.
