We have a important heads up for Oahu drivers about a big freeway closure that starts this week. When it's finally finished, the State hopes traffic will be better for it. We'll explain.

CITY SUPERVISOR UNDER FIRE

A City traffic signs supervisor is being investigated for spending significant amounts of time at home during his shift. That story from a Hawaii News Now Investigation. Keoki Kerr reports that the supervisor was halfway across the island from where he was supposed to be working.

UH LINEBACKER ENTERS PLEA ON DRUNK DRIVING CHARGES

University of Hawaii linebacker, Alema Tachibana, pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges today. With a trial date for the DUI charges now set, UH Head Football Coach, Norm Chow, levied his own form of justice.

RIMPAC EXERCISES DRAW CONCERN

Some residents near Kaneohe Bay are concerned that Rimpac military exercises may have damaged the sandbar and reef in the bay. Tonight, Tim Sakahara shows us the somewhat spectacular video of the hovercrafts kicking up a lot of sand and water.
