HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - One of three University of Hawaii football players arrested this year on suspicion of driving under the influence is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Reid "Alema" Tachibana, 23, was arrested in Kalihi in June.

Warrior head coach Norm Chow is reportedly waiting to decide on Tachibana's punishment until after the court hearing.

Tachibana is a graduate of Kahuku High School.

Earlier this month, punter Alex Dunnachie was arrested for the same alleged offense.

Also, back-up quarterback Cayman Shutter has pleaded no contest to drunk driving on the H1 freeway back in March.

Shutter is suspended for the first four games of the season.
