HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow)- The Coast Guard has located an overdue sailing vessel with four persons aboard west of Lanai.

An aircrew found the white, 34-foot boat called Larina Saturday afternoon. The boat departed the La Marina Yacht Club in Honolulu Wednesday for a seven-day trip.

The vessel's last known location was reported as two hours outside of Manele Bay, Thursday. The reporting party said she was last in contact with the vessel at 5:45 p.m. Thursday. During the phone call she was told the trip was going well and to expect a call back later in the day. However, the call back never came.

The Larina crew consists of two men, Travis Aborn and Sam Gary, along with two women, Elizabeth Miles and a woman only identified as Alyssa.
