Journey to end tour in Hawaii

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Journey will close out their five month 2012 tour with two concerts in Hawaii at the Neal Blaisdell Arena on December 12 and December 14.

Tickets for both December 12 and December 14 "An Evening with Journey" shows will go on sale beginning Friday, June 15 at 10 a.m.

Since its formation in 1973 in San Francisco, Journey has earned 19 Top 40 singles and 25 gold and platinum albums.  The band's Greatest Hits album is certified 15 times platinum, bringing Journey into the elite club of Diamond-certified album holders.

2011 marked the 30th anniversary of the band's seminal anthem, Don't Stop Believin', which was honored as the top-selling digital classic rock song in history by Nielsen SoundScan.
