WAIANAE BRUSHFIRE: MORE EVACUATIONS

We'll have the latest on what's being called the biggest brushfire of the year. Today, there were more evacuations as that wildfire in Waianae continues to burn. We'll have a live report.

REVERAND OF MARIJUANA MINISTRY IN COURT

The Reverend Roger Christie was back in court this morning. He openly uses marijuana for his "Hawaiian Cannabis Ministry." Today, he asked the court to allow him to go to a half way house. More from Teri Okita, who was at the court house.

    There's good news for those who had to put their plans to visit some of Hawaii's natural parks on hold.  With the end of the federal government shutdown, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and Haleakala National Park will reopen Tuesday. Volcano park officials say they will reopen with normal operations on Tuesday at 8 a.m. Those wanting to catch the sunrise at the house of the sun — Haleakala — may do so Tuesday morning.  Park officials ...
