Aiea House Fire, Blown Roof on Maui & Boaters Beware!

MAN INJURED IN AIEA HOUSE FIRE

Honolulu firefighters rushed to a house fire just mauka of the Forty Niner Restaurant in Aiea. A man who was injured in the blaze says a good samaritan saved his life. Ben Gutierrez has the details tonight at 5.

GUSTY WINDS BLOW OFF ROOF

Just looking at the pictures and it's amazing no one was hurt when strong winds blew a large metal roof off a bus barn in Kihei this morning. We hear from neighbors who couldn't believe what they saw.

NEW SAFETY REGS FOR BOATERS

The State may make it mandatory for boaters to pass a safety course in order to take their boat out on the water. Tim Sakahara explains why the State is pushing for the rule change.
