HALEIWA (HawaiiNewsNow) - A North Shore farmer's market will get to stay at its current site a little longer.
Sunday was supposed to be its last day, but the state is giving the Haleiwa Farmer's Market another two week extension.
State officials are forcing the market to move from its current spot along Kamehameha Highway because it violates too many state and city rules.
We're told the extension is due to the market making progress in finding a new location.
The new deadline is June 10th.
