(HawaiiNewsNow) - Apaulo Music Productions (Michael Paulo - Owner/Producer) presents a Smooth Jazz Concert featuring David Benoit, Michael Paulo, Richard Smith, Brian Bromberg and Michael White. This special concert will be at The Hawaii Convention Center - Liliu Theater, 1801 Kalakaua Avenue at 8 p.m. on May 26.
David Benoit is one of the most acclaimed jazz pianists of our time. He has more than three decades of recording including several Grammy Nominations. His albums have topped the Billboard Charts numerous times including a memorial album released in 2000 entitled "Here's To You, Charlie Brown: 50 Great Years." Also featured in this concert is the Superstar on Saxophone - Michael Paulo. Originally from Hawaii, Michael has achieved a world-class status for his sax expertise. Richard Smith is the Master of the Guitar and a Professor of the USC School of Music. In addition, every one of Richard's solo discs have reached the top of the charts receiving awards. Brian Bromberg's virtuoso technique is evident on the upright bass and recognized as a world-class producer, songwriter, and session musician, Brian has produced at least a dozen Top Ten Hits and Three Number One songs for several artists. Michael White is one of the most prolific studio and touring drummers of our generation with a multi-faceted resume encompassing a versatile blend of Rock, Country, R & B and Jazz for over twenty-five years. Together, these five musicians are the Hoku Jazz AllStars ready to rock the stage in this one-night only concert.

The concert starts at 8 p.m. on May 26 at The Hawaii Convention Center, Liliu Theater and doors open at 7 p.m. Cocktail Bar opens at 7:30 p.m. Parking at the Convention Center is $5.00.
