(HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii is the only non-third world place on earth with tropical hardwood trees. However, if we continue to cut these trees down at the current rate, we will deplete the entire source in approximately 12 years. The goal is to raise awareness about the critical nature of the situation and the importance of planting trees to sustain our tropical hardwoods, and the importance of good stewardship of our trees and forests.
