KAILUA (HawaiiNewsNow) - Car enthusiasts from across Oahu had the chance to show off their sweet rides Sunday.
They gathered at Mike McKenna's Ford in Kailua for the 20th annual Mustang Madness Show.
The event featured all sorts of ford models, some dating back to the beginning of the century.
One of the car's owners started a club in 1979 just for people who own mustangs.
"We have a lot of mustang friends. We are a family, big family. Every meeting we have, we always talk about cars and so forth, and it's a language only mustang owners know and we love that", said Aloha Mustang Club Founder Paul Olivas.
"It's 624 horsepower. It's my mustang hybrid. It burns gasoline and rubber", said Mustang owner Don Johnston.
Mike McKenna's Ford hosts the event every year.
All proceeds are donated to the Hawaiian Humane Society
