PUNA (HawaiiNewsNow) - A woman was arrested in Puna last Friday, accused of fleeing with her husband and children to the Bahamas.

Angela Bryant was reportedly caught after an anonymous tip led authorities to her.

Her husband, James Bryant, was accused of refusing to return to his three children to his mother in Montana after a summer vacation last year.

According to authorities, he took the children on a boat to the Bahamas where the extradition process made it difficult for officials to capture him.

When Angela was arrested, she gave police enough information to locate her husband and the kids.

James Bryant was arrested on a felony warrant for not returning the children.

The children, 15-year-old Megan Bryant, 13-year-old Maxwell Bryant and 12-year-old Sebastian Bryant, were not believed to be in any danger. They have now been reunited with their mother.
