MORE SEVERE WEATHER AHEAD

We're bracing for more severe weather after a short break from the rain and even record setting hail. Dan says to expect wet and windy conditions for this weekend. BODY FOUND

Police are trying to determine the identity of a body found on the beach in Waimea Bay. A woman made the discovery yesterday. Authorities tell us it looks like the man is in his 20's. They don't suspect foul play.

SOUTHWEST AIRLINES MOVES CLOSER TO HAWAII FLIGHTS

Southwest has received the first of more than 70 Boeing jets capable of flying to Hawaii. The discount carrier has made no secret of its ambitions to add service to the Islands, but it's not expected to happen for another year. The airline is in the middle of contract negotiations with Pilots and Flight Attendants.

We're getting word this morning that the University of Hawaii could announce the new Women's Head Basketball Coach. USC's Associate Head Coach Laura Beeman will reportedly take over for Dana Takahara-Dias.
