Experts say if there is one thing threatening the economic recovery in the U.S., it's the rising price of fuel.
According to the Lundberg Survey, the average cost of a gallon of gas is up 12 cents in the last two weeks.
The average price for a gallon of gas in Honolulu is at $4.33.
Nationwide, gas is now averaging about $3.81 per gallon.
