Kamehameha Schools' Ho'olaulea 2012

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Kamehameha Schools Kapalama is throwing its annual Ho'olaulea on Saturday, February 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year's theme is "'O Ka Lama E Ho'omalamalama" or The Torch That Brings Light.

Enjoy live entertainment by Touch of Gold, Waipuna, Ho'okena, Mana'o Company, Nesian N.I.N.E. and Kamehameha Schools students.

Feast on ono Hawaiian and Korean plate lunches, Kamehameha Schools' famous brownies, malasadas, sweet shoppe and more. There will also be neighbor island specialties for sale, like Kauai Kulolo, Molokai Bread and Hawaii Kona Coffee.

Free parking and shuttle service are available at Damien Memorial School, Kapalama Elementary and Honolulu Community College (HCC). Shuttles run every hour from HCC.

All proceeds go to curriculum enrichment grants.
