Woman in critical condition following moped crash

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A woman is in critical condition Thursday after a truck swerved in front of the moped she was driving, causing her to crash.

Initial reports say that a 21 year-old female was driving a moped in Kalihi near the intersection of School St. and Alaneo St. when a silver Nissan Frontier made a left hand turn into the lane she was driving in.

The woman was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
