Hawaiian Islands Invitational

The Hawaiian Islands Invitational will pit four international professional soccer teams in a tournament at Aloha Stadium on Feb. 23 and 25. Game times are set for 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, and 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25.

Thursday's first match will be between Busan I'Park FC of Korea and Melbourne Heart of Australia. The second match will be between the Colorado Rapids of the US's Major League Soccer and Yokohama FC, out of Japan. The losers of Thursday's games will play in the consolation game at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, with the winners playing in the championship game at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available online. They can also be bought at the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office, the Aloha Stadium Box Office or by calling (808) 944-2697 during those same hours. Tickets can also be purchased at the UH Campus Center and at Rainbowtique at Ward Centre.

Ticket packages for both nights are $60 in the middle sideline orange sections, $50 in the outside sideline orange sections, the middle sideline blue sections and the brown level on the makai side of the stadium, $40 the outside sideline blue sections, $30 for orange and blue sections in the south end zone and $20 in the red and yellow sections on the makai sideline. Student ticket packages are $20 in the orange and blue sections of the south end zone. Individual tickets are $30 on Feb. 23 and $40 on Feb. 25 in the middle sideline orange sections, $25 on Feb. 23 and $35 on Feb. 25 in the outside sideline orange sections, the middle sideline blue sections and the brown level on the makai side of the stadium, $20 on Feb. 23 and $30 on Feb. 25 the outside sideline blue sections, $15 on Feb. 23 and $20 on Feb. 25 for orange and blue sections in the south end zone and $10 on Feb. 23 and $15 on Feb. 25 in the red and yellow sections on the makai sideline. Student ticket packages are $10 on Feb. 23 and $15 on Feb. 25 in the orange and blue sections of the south end zone.
