"Shop for low gasoline prices to be sure you're getting the best price," according to AAA Hawaii Regional Manager Diane Peterson. "But remember that traveling long distances to save a few cents wastes fuel and may cost you more money than you save. You can shop around without wasting gas by using online or smartphone resources like AAA.com/TripTik or the free AAA TripTik mobile app."
