HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Albert Birmingham, the driver charged with manslaughter for allegedly running over a woman at the Nanakuli McDonald's is found mentally fit to proceed to trial.

Witnesses say Raelynn Adams' boyfriend had confronted Birmingham after he repeatedly yelled & honked his horn at them while both vehicles were in the drive-thru.

Adams, 20, died after being struck by an SUV. Trial is set to begin Feb 21.
