HILO (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Hilo man can't seem to stay out of trouble with the law.
For the second time this week, Big Island police arrested Jeremy Costa.
The 18 year old was arrested Thursday afternoon for allegedly threatening to kill and off-duty police officer near Costa's home in Waiakea.
While in custody, Costa allegedly threatened to blow up the Hilo police station.
On Monday, authorities arrested Costa for misdemeanor abuse of a family member.
Back in October 2011, Costa was charged after allegedly threatening to attack the Kamehameha School's Keaau campus.
