Hard Rock Cafe hosts Zumbathon Dance Party

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - On Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 9 a.m., Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu will host a Zumbathon Dance Party at Kakaako Beach Park.

The event will benefit WhyHunger, a nonprofit organization that strives to fight against hunger and poverty in America and around the world and the Hawaii Food Bank, a nonprofit organization that collects and distributes food to 250 charitable agencies throughout Hawaii.

The two-hour party features professional Zumba instructors Rosey Muzika, Martha Garcia, Claudia Breslau and Yolanda Spencer. The event will also include a ticket giveaway to see Elton John in concert by KUMU 94.7FM, Hard Rock swag and other prizes!

Participants are requested to bring a $10 suggested donation for Whyhunger and non-perishable goods to be donated to the Hawaii Food Bank.

All ages are welcome.

Tickets available at the event or $8.00 in advance at Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu in the Rock Shop.
