Coming up on Hawaii News Now Wednesday

Hope you're having a great Wednesday! Here's a look at what we're working on for Hawaii News Now at 5 & 5:30:

The verdict is in. After deliberating for a week, a Circuit Court jury finds Makuola Collins guilty in the shooting death of former Castle High quarterback Joel Botelho. Minna Sugimoto was in the courtroom and will have the latest on this case.

Earlier this week, we tallied up the number of people who bought firecracker permits and it's about 2,000 less than the number of people who were issued permits last year. Our Jim Mendoza hits stores around the island to see what impact this and the new ban on fireworks are having on fireworks sales.

If you were at Target this morning, you may have witnessed a pretty bizarre protest involving breastfeeding moms. Tonight on HNN at 5:30, our Tim Sakahara explains the message upset mothers across the nation and here in Hawaii want to send to the retail giant.

And.. It turned out to be another sunny day of vacation on Oahu for the Obamas. It was so nice out, the President decided to hit the links again with his golfing pals. We'll show you where he was spotted.

Oh, and by the way, thanks so much to all of our viewers for the awesome pictures of the President and first family out and about. If you happen to see them, please snap a pic and post it on our facebook page! We love sharing them!

Make it a great day and see you on the news!
